Split jsCore and jsCore_wildcard_indexes tasks on required AUBSAN build variant into multiple execution units

      The jsCore and jsCore_wildcard_indexes tasks take more than 20 minutes to run and their longest test is ~3 minutes. Dividing the tests up to run in multiple Evergreen tasks would enable them to run with greater parallelism and reduce the overall patch completion time.
