Once ~~SERVER-105683~~ is done and 'dispose()' is removed from the Pipeline class, we can safely remove PipelineDeleter class from the codebase.

This ticket is related to SPM-4106 - Split DocumentSources into QO and QE components, but it is not a part of the project and can be processed independently.
