      Importing this Release related ticket for the 8.2 release in anticipation of the 8.2 release being available on-prem. Server Release team may close if not needed.

      Since we branched 8.2, the db-contrib-tool invocation no longer downloads 8.0 binaries so 'multiversion_setup.sh' should be updated in order to download them.
