Symbolization in Resmoke can extend failing tests for 4 minutes per stack trace

      Resmoke tasks do not depend on generate_buildid_to_debug_symbols_mapping, so the mapping may not exist when resmoke triggers symbolization.

      In the worst case, this adds a 4 minute retry loop per stack trace before the test finally completes.
