~~SERVER-97543~~ (which was aiming at extending the test coverage provided by JS core suites against sharded clusters) inadvertently introduced an exclusion tag to the unrelated jstests/concurrency/fsm_workloads/analyze_shard_key.js FSM workload.

Such a change needs to be undone to restore the proper qualification analyzeShardKey.
