This is a command similar to currentOp, but only includes operations that have been running longer than a configurable threshold (e.g. 100 ms) and excluses PII. The output will include the operation identifier, as well as its runtime at the time of reporting.

Is something as simple as exclusion projection sufficient, or is the idea that the new command would require different privileges?
