The Replication Guide's timestamp glossary has excellent descriptions of the various timestamps we care about at the replication and storex layers. However, it needs to include links to the source code for precisely where those timestamps are updated, read from, etc. Covering at least lastApplied, lastWritten, lastDurable, and oplogTruncateAfterPoint would be great.
