Currently the sampling cardinality estimator allows storing a specific set of fields from the base collection in memory.
This ticket will enable CBR to perform an initial analysis of the query or set of plans to determine which referenced fields in all expressions/indexes, we should pass to the sampling estimator.

We should also make the sampleFieldNames vector non-optional as part of this ticket
