Add a test that inserts data into a sharded timeseries collection with zones and validates that the data is distributed according to the zones.

The motivation of this is to find any issue related to timeseries collections becoming a standalone type with viewless timeseries (in contrast to legacy system.buckets namespaces which are regular collections for most intents and purposes).
