JSON Parser Needs to Support the DBRef $db Field

      Currently the JSON parser does not read the optional $db field in a DBRef – see JParse::dbRef(...).

      Because of this all tools parsing json are broken related to creating/parsing dbref that contain that field.

      In addition, any other field should be allowed after the required (and optional) fields.
