This maybe should include a hook script that confirms the existence of the extensions .so files in the lib/ directory.

This should probably not be a core passthrough since it will typically only run tests that are targeted for extensions. That means that we should probably make a new top-level folder jstests/extensions and the passthrough should select all the tests in that directory.
