When computing egress connection establishment time, we include initializing the wire version as part of the auth metrics. This can be misleading since connections that don't require auth can have a large reported auth time if sending a hello command took too long. We should create a new section in ConnectionMetrics for initializing the wire version so that it is not included in the auth time stats.
