In this ticket, we enabled the feature flag featureFlagCheckVersioningCorrectness to enforce a valid <DBV, SV> combination when sending commands during testing and we added a log injection with a warning in production.

As part of this ticket, we have to remove the feature flag and replace the log ingestion in production with the tassert checking if the given versioning combination is valid. Moreover, we have to add a new server parameter to allow disabling the versioning correctness check.

This is not part of a project, but relates to a standalone ticket.
