Add a benchmark for testing the overhead incurred when writing to the query stats store. Specifically we want to check:

• Inserting into the store using writeQueryStats
• Updating metrics for a given query shape via writeQueryStats

The test should use ranges of low (1000 query shapes) and high (100000 query shapes) cardinality.
