After SERVER-105786, the schema validator for viewless time-series collections is not stored in the collection metadata and instead is generated at runtime when we load the collection in from the catalog. We disallow users from setting their own custom schema validator on viewless time-series collections.

We should return an error if a user attempts to modify the validator, validationLevel or validationAction for viewless time-series collections via collMod.
