Publish unstable and testing release packages in separate repos

      Instead of generating Linux packages with "-unstable" in the name for unstable and testing releases (RC's and development release series's), we should publish them all with names matching stable release package names, put into a separate repositories, and remove "-unstable" packages from the main repo.
