This log message is intended to only run when the version is not an LTS release. However, it is dependent on this flag, which is a const and hasn't been updated since it was introduced many years ago. We should change the check to look at the generated multiversion consts in releases.h instead, so that it accurately reflects if the version is LTS or not.
