The codebase is set up to support optional modules (e.g. for enterprise features, alternate storage engines, etc.). Currently all resmoke code lives in the root buildscripts directory, and any module-specific testing configuration needs to live there as well.

It would be quite useful to be able to define module-specific test suites and associated libs directly alongside the module code and keep it isolated from the broader codebase.
