The rapidyml pip module does not have wheels (upstream or from our fork) so we need to rebuild the wheel, we also rebuild from a git hash so the versioning is messed up.

We should build proper wheels for all our platforms and upload them to pypi so we can rely on the prebuilt wheels for consistency and efficiency.
