One fix here would be the Transaction API error. Because this check explicitly only checks for legacy buckets collections, time-series retryable updates are not detected as such on sharded time-series collections and are not performed as an internal transaction. Fixing this would unblock some tests in the sharding suite that are currently failing in the viewless time-series suites.
