Enterprise edition - Log snmp port

      When mongod is started with --snmp-master on the enterprise build there is a log message
      2013-09-26T15:00:56.454-0700 [SNMPAgent] SNMPAgent running as master

      IT would be extremely useful to have the port configured in the conf file logged as well. This would be consistent with us logging the mongod default port
