SERVER-106215 is a CVE postmortem action to document any preconditions on the appearance and values of the generic arguments fields specified in
//src/mongo/idl:generic_argument.idl.

Each team that has been identified as owning any generic arguments is being assigned a ticket to do so. These tickets are marked as "required by" SERVER-106215.

For each generic argument we must document any restrictions on its use or values. These could be privilege levels or other preconditions. We'll be adding such documentation directly to the IDL file as comments above each field.

We've made a guess as to which team owns what.
