0) Introduce new stage type in public API header (kSource)
1) Add SourceAggregationStageDescriptor to the C++ SDK (base class for extensions to build off of).
2) Add a unit test which implements a Source stage in the C++ SDK, register the stage and test that it can be parsed correctly.
