Update mongor binary (replay client) to report on lag

      The mongor binary takes a recording file, it should be able to detect if it is falling behind relative to the start date.

      It would be great as an improvement if we can capture this and figure out a way to report it to the automation agent to ultimately report it to mms / control plane
