SPM-4106 refactored LookUpStage out of DocumentSourceLookUp, but document_source_lookup_test.cpp continues to unit-test methods of both classes.

The unit-tests related only for LookUpStage should be moved into a newly created src/mongo/db/exec/agg/lookup_stage_test.cpp.
