Currently, there is a "replication" module for all files that don't fit neatly into the other submodules (such as replication.oplog, replication.recovery, etc.) This ticket aims to remove the "replication" module, assigning those uncategorized files either into existing modules or creating new modules where appropriate, and then add API visibilities to only the newly-created modules. Since some previously-uncategorized files were not assigned to a new module, but to an existing one, there will be a follow-up ticket to add API visibilities to those files.
