Currently we have a hard-coded list of tests that create large oplog entires, making them incompatible with kill_secondaries passthroughs.

If new tests that create large oplog entries are created, the authors need to manually adjust replica_sets_kill_secondary.yml file and regenerate matrix suites, that makes PRs bigger and require manual approval from several code owners that might have been irrelevant to the PR otherwise.
