Today, server binaries typically support data files which are on one of two FCVs (the current version, or previous version). These are defined by server policy and in code, but are not examinable programmatically.

This ticket tracks a request for the ability for a client to request the supported FCVs from the server, in the output of a command such as (but not necessarily) buildInfo()
