SorterFileStats class accepts a pointer to a SorterTracker instance in the constructor, however, in most places (except for the tests) we initialize it with nullptr, so probably we can remove the _sorterTracker from SorterFileStats.

The only unclear use-case is in the IndexBulkBuilderSSS class.
