This workload was configured to have ~50% IOPS to match the SLAs for resharding. However, it has a constant write traffic, which is making resharding to be unable to enter the critical section in some runs. This has led to BF-38914. To workaround this and still testing with We should introduce intervals of lower write traffic, e.g. have 5 seconds of half traffic every 5 minutes.
