This includes deciding on a cadence with which to run the calibration. Some ideas:

• run calibration scripts at the midpoint and pre-release. Only release new constants in a major release.
• weekly analysis of constants would be useful (dashboard?)
• two perf variants – current/master constants and newly-optimized constants
