Even though there are passthroughs that wrap pipelines in subpipelines (so we have confidence that the memory tracker doesn't affect existing behavior), we should check that the memory tracking metrics make sense for these subpipelines since these can be a huge consumer of memory. This can probably be in a jstest – e.g. $sort within a $lookup, $facet, $unionWith etc.
