Alerting on absolute value of replag is helpful, but it's not as helpful as knowing whether or not the replag will be resolved "soon," which is to say, within a reasonable period of time. Once MaaS is rolled out, we will be able to alert on the derivative of replag, and we can alert when a secondary is not making progress fast enough.
