The InTel team is planning on creating a tool called Sharding Advisor so that Atlas customers have better visibility into sharding. As part of this epic, we'd like to advise customers on having proper balancer settings. Can the server team compile a list of server parameters and settings that control the balancer, and define what makes these settings good or invalid (bad)? If this definition differs across 7.0 and 8.0 please list the differences.
