Measure master against synthetic benchmark test framework

      We want to validate that our multiplanner + CBR combination logic (SERVER-110939) does not bring regressions. For that the first step is to have a measurement of master (commit 0a706c8745fee49aa025aad020fd881c98b88a58) against the synthetic benchmark test framework.

      We'd ideally like to also include tests developed as part of SERVER-110941 but that's only a nice to have, do not wait for it.

      Document the steps taken here so the exact measurements can be repeated once we onboard SERVER-110939.
