Measure master against server HVW test framework

      We want to validate that our multiplanner + CBR combination logic (SERVER-110939) does not bring regressions. For that the first step is to have a measurement of master (commit 0a706c8745fee49aa025aad020fd881c98b88a58) against the server's High Value Workloads test suite from sys-perf framework.

      Document the steps taken so the exact measurements can be repeated once we onboard SERVER-110939.
