~~SERVER-95257~~ addedd a new state to the random_ddl_operations.js FSM workload with the intent of testing the concurrent execution of the unshardCollection(nss) and untrackUnshardedCollection(nss) commands with other DDL operations targeting the same namespace - but the logic to compose nss is affected by a bug that prepends the database name twice (hence defeating its purpose).
