With the fix for SERVER-10830 scons can be used to build enterprise msi for Windows. We need to be able to also build non enterprise msis for Windows.
We need to be able to build
- 32 bit msi
- 64 bit Windows Server 2008 (Legacy) msi
- 64 bit Windows Server 2008 R2+ msi
