This ticket is to investigate whether we currently provide statistics from MongoDB server versions 8.0 or 8.2 that would allow us to gather information on long-running operations in the Atlas fleet. This will help us measure whether the heuristic logic currently in development can identify operations and mark them as low-priority, while demonstrating that our work is accurate when tested against real customer workloads.

Then, we should develop a mongotune policy aimed at capturing these metrics.
