mongod started with --snmp-subagent does not connect to master

      MongoDB enterprise edition running on Windows Server 2008 R2
      snmpd started locally with default agent port

      Start mongod --snmp-subagent

      Start mongod --snmp-subagent

      When mongod is started with --snmp-subagent it cannot seem to connect to the local snmpd. I have tried running snmpd with and without the -x flag to control the port.

      In the mongod log there is a warning Warning: "Failed to connect to the agentx master agent ([NIL]):"
