      The bottom bucket of the ConnectionWaitTimeHistogram is 0-50ms, but 50ms is likely too high an SLA to aim for in satisfying typical requests to the connection pool. We should determine an appropriate SLA for connection pool requests and then reduce the bucket size to that value in order to appropriately monitor our connection pool health.
