There are some errors that are safe to ignore when we're targeting all shards with ShardVersion::Ignored(). We should correct UWE behavior to also swallow errors like in the current BWE https://github.com/10gen/mongo/blob/1a49f97357392e5cc0f5802ea2158a897ddc9fb1/src/mongo/s/write_ops/write_op.cpp#L427.
