Following the BF-39443, alice.doherty@mongodb.com suggested to file a ticket and address some minor issues about this workload:

• investigate if we actually need two workload clients for this (most likely no based on the low CPU load per each client)
• remove the SLS-specific code for creating indexing pre-load (as this is just a copy-and-paste artifact)
