Do not use name "HostStatusHandle" in extension/shared/ code

      It's misleading to use the term HostStatusHandle in extension/shared/extension_status.h since the status is not necessarily from the host. (invokeC is used on both sides of the API!)

      It is true that we expect extension developers to "generate extension exceptions" by calling into HostServices to create a host-side exception first, but those exceptions are still conceptually "extension exceptions".

      I'm not sure what the right fix is, but it would be nice to remove this possible source of confusion
