SERVER-111537 adds the task that builds and tests resmoke test targets, but it currently omits uploading test logs to Evergreen. This must be re-enabled or accomplished through some alternative way of displaying test outputs.

Depending on the implementation, resmoke's executor log should likely be updated so that it doesn't contain and incorrect link like:
