In SERVER-102994 we started requiring all commands to be added to commands_lib.js, otherwise the test would fail. However, some commands were intentionally skipped during this implementation. We need to audit these skipped commands to determine which ones require test coverage.

If a command needs a test case, we should create a ticket and route it to the correct team.
