TSBS performance workloads use mongorestore to quickly preload test data into the cluster.

Currently, mongodump/mongorestore commands are not compatible with viewless timeseries collections (SPM-3969) that will be enabled in next 9.0 release.

Due to this reason, viewless timeseries feature flag was temporarily disabled in TSBS workloads.

Once TOOLS-3715 is completed and mongodump/mongorestore works properly in the presence of viewless timeseries collections, we will adapt these workloads and re-enable the viewless timeseries feature flag.
