      Data race condition

      The value of the shared data will be determined by the interleaving of thread execution. Thread shared data is accessed without holding an appropriate lock, possibly causing a race condition
      /src/mongo/db/index_builds/repl_index_build_state.cpp:741: MISSING_LOCK 177438 Accessing "this->_indexBuildState" without holding lock "mongo::ReplIndexBuildState._mutex". Elsewhere, "mongo::ReplIndexBuildState._indexBuildState" is written to with "ReplIndexBuildState._mutex" held 10 out of 10 times.
