Will use MONGO_MOD_PUBLIC; by itself as the first non-preprocessor, non-comment line in the header as a way to mark the header as private by default. This is primarily intended as a workaround for the C++ syntax not supporting attributes on nested namespaces like namespace foo::bar {...} but it may also just be a better way to mark a header as public.
