      Start mongod with sslPEMKeyFile. Additionally

      • Do not specify sslMode or sslOnNormalPorts or
      • Specify sslMode=noSSL

      Error message is
      "Error storing command line: BadValue need to enable SSL via the sslMode flag whenusing SSL configuration parameters"

      There should be a space between when and using.
